2. Purpose These terms and conditions define the terms of sale and use of the Address-Tips service, which consists of providing personalized travel recommendation guides, delivered in downloadable digital format after payment.

3. Products and services

• The Address-Tips service offers personalized guides, sent by email and/or available for download online.
• These guides are for single use, non-transferable, and reserved for personal use only.
• Unlimited subscription usage limit: The “Unlimited” subscription is intended for personal, non-professional use by one user. It allows up to 100 requests per month (1 request = generation of a personalized guide or recommendation request). Any manifestly abusive, excessive or commercial use may result in temporary suspension or termination of the subscription without refund. We reserve the right to monitor service usage to ensure compliant use. In the event of abuse, a warning email will be sent to the user. If usage does not return to a reasonable level, we may: • temporarily suspend access to the service, • adjust the usage threshold or subscription type, • or terminate the subscription. We also reserve the right to modify the monthly reasonable usage threshold, with prior notice to users. Any change will not affect current subscriptions until their renewal date.

4. Order and payment

• Payment is made online via Stripe (credit card) or any other method offered on the site.
• The order is processed upon payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

• The personalized guide is generated immediately upon receipt of payment and sent by email and/or made available for download in the customer account area.

6. Right of withdrawal – Express waiver In accordance with European legislation on distance selling, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after the order. By confirming your order, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of your personalized guide and waive your right of withdrawal. No refund request will be accepted, except in the event of a technical error on our part.

7. Liability

• The recommendations provided are given for information purposes only and shall not engage the liability of Production Be Medias Inc. in the event of dissatisfaction or improper use.

8. Intellectual property

• The guides, content and trademarks on the site are the exclusive property of Production Be Medias Inc. Any reproduction or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without written consent.

9. Personal data

• Production Be Medias Inc. respects the privacy of its users. Data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
• You may at any time exercise your rights of access, modification or deletion of your data (see details on the privacy page).

10. Applicable law & disputes

• These terms and conditions are governed by Canadian law, subject to the mandatory rules of the consumer’s country.
• In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of Production Be Medias Inc.
